FAIRY CAKES
You will need:
125g (6 oz) of self raising flour, 125g (6 oz) of margarine/butter, 125g (6 oz) caster suger, 2 eggs
mix in the caster suger and margarine (beat it until it is white and fluffly...
next, beat in one of the eggs, onece thats done beat in the next egg....
finally sive the flour and then carfully fold it into the mix, if u would like to make chocalate cakes add in the coca rigt after the flour...
carfully spoon the mix into paper cake cases and put in the oven for 20~30 mins...
set the oven to 190 degrees c/375 degrees f/gas mark 5
